My life's saying is Carpe Diem. But always keep moderation in mind. Anything in moderation is not harmful. I enjoy life in general and keep positive energy and light flowing from my direction. I am someone always seeing that silver lining in the clouds of a hurricane. It is so much healthier mentally and physically to build each other up, but unfortunatey even less effort is required to knock someone down that is unexpecting.
